There is an application guide and application form on the 5th APCRSHR website. Please email or fax the completed form to the China Organizing Committee. Based on the principle of "first-come, first-served", exhibition booths will be allocated. Each booth is standard 3m×3m and will last 2.5 days. Please contact the Chinese Organizing Committee for the price. The deadline for application is 31 August 2009.
