In order to ensure the scientific and ethical standards of 6th APCRSHR, agencies of country hosting 6th APCRSHR will:
- Agencies including government, NGO, academy and company in the Asia-Pacific countries or regions.
- Agencies whose experience is related to reproductive and sexual health and rights.
- Agencies which bend themselves to promote reproductive and sexual health and rights.
Agencies interested in hosting 6th APCRSHR should fill in the application form. The deadline for application is 31 August 2009.
Application form will be reviewed by the International Steering Committee (ISC) which reserves the right to approve or reject any application. ISC inform application agencies the outcomes after reviewing.
Approved agencies for Hosting 6th APCRSHR shall attend the 3rd ISC meeting and discuss matters relating to the 6th APCRSHR with ISC.
In the closing session of 5th APCRSHR, the name of hosting agencies will be announced.
