A valid passport and a visa are required for entry into China. Visas can be obtained from your local Chinese Embassy or the nearest Consulate General. Early registration is advised so that adequate time is allowed for obtaining visas.
To obtain a business visa, conference participants can provide passport information at online registration so that the organizer can prepare and send an official visa authorization letter, which lists the city where the applicant should apply for the visa, the passport data and the profession of the applicant and the accompanying persons, and the date of entry and the length of stay. Some embassy and consulate request participants to present air tickets and hotel information.
For those conferees that have paid for the registration fee, please download the Visa Info. Sheet, fill in the required information and send back to respective contact persons at your earliest convenience. After that an invitation letter together with a visa authorization form will be sent to you to facilitate your visa application.
Note: Participants Need to Submit Electronic Photos
